F.T.M. is specialized in precision mechanical productions realised on commission in small, medium and large series.
F.T.M. produces different kinds of pins, shafts, bushes, ball pins, inserts, fittings, hose adapters in stainless steel, alloy steel and copper alloys from both bar lathes and second-operation lathes.
F.T.M. is also specialised in mechanical productions on horizontal-spindle machining centres of aluminium diecasting and mouldings supplied by customers for Automotive and other Industrial Sectors.
MULTI SPINDLE LATHES
6/8 spindles automatic bar lathes, for big and medium series processing with bars from 6 to 42 mm.
100% control with optical selection technology on customer’s requests (see Quality section)
NUMERICAL CONTROL LATHES
Numerical control bar lathes and automatic second-operation lathes - up to 70 mm of diameter - mono or bi-spindle, with steady or sliding headstock for the processing of precision parts in small, medium and big series.
MACHINING CENTRES
Horizontal-spindle machining centres (pallet 500x500 mm) for big and medium series processing with a leak tests and an assembly division for parts produced with different raw materials and addressed to different market sectors.
